Workshop on ‘Innovative course materials for better BIPV education’ @ Munich, Germany
This closed event was organized jointly by the European projects Dem4BIPV and PVSITES.
Taking place at WIP Renewable Energies' office in Munich, it brought together BIPV stakeholders (university representatives, manufacturers/designers, software developers, consultants) from various European countries. They discussed ongoing activities and collaboration opportunities for the emergence of BIPV education channels and materials adapted to the market's needs. Four projects related to the topic were presented (Dem4BIPV, PVSITES, MeNS, REINTEREST) by attending consortium members.
An early look into the BIPV design software under development as part of the PVSITES project was offered, showcasing its potential for use in educational courses.
